PERMADEATH RULES
1) If/when you die, you delete the character and roll a new one
2) Resurrection
a) no cakes
b) no ddo store items
c) shrine: we can use one resurrection shrine per quest
d) raise dead: one cast res per player per quest
3) deaths by lag/dc/technology problems don't count

GEAR
1) use what you loot
a) no gear from AH/DDO Store/other characters
b) no twinking (passing items from other toons)
c) heirloom item (pass one item from your deceased character to your new one)
2) Consumables and items from vendors & pawn is okay

RANDOM ITEMS
1) loot from breakables can be kept or sold
2) daily dice xp is fine, but no items
3) no ship buffs

HIRELINGS
1) hires can be used on elite; no hires for normal or hard
2) if a hire dies in a quest, it cannot be raised in that quest
