Dead Beacon - shovel friend in the RE1 fps (teddyras)
2I've really grown to liking this genre of game this year: this resident evil 1 inspired fps game thing. Played nightmare of decay last year and that was great, then played this: Dead Beacon, this year and thought it was even better. Game's just a lot of fun, exploring felt satisfying, having a map you can draw on made it hard to get lost, puzzles and fights were both fun, overall I just had a good time. This game also has a shovel with a smiley face called dandy, and no other game has that going for them, so like this is definitely the best game of all time then. In this part, we fight 2 of the bosses and explore a good chunk of the game, while acquiring most of the weapons. Next part, we're gonna find out what a dead beacon actually is lol.
