Backdoor Escape achievement in Dead by Daylight
There are 2 ways to escape the map on Dead by Daylight. The first and most obvious is to turn on 5 generators and escape through one of the two doors.
Secondly and the the one that we want is the Hatch. The Hatch will only open if you are the last survivor on the playing field and have at least 2 generators repaired. That means 3 people can escape and you can leave through the Hatch. It will open automatically if these criteria have been met.
The Hatch spawns in a random place every time. If you find it make a note of it's location or stay close by and wait it out. Once you have the opportunity to escape walk up to the Hatch and press the button prompt to escape.
If you don't know where the Hatch is but are the last one alive. Listen out for a humming noise the Hatch emits.
You can also get this if you were lucky enough to get a Skeleton or Dull Key in the Blood Web. This allows you to open the Hatch whenever you want. These items are needed for
