I don't understand what happened, or what went wrong. The machine, it wasn't programmed for this. This goes beyond all of the research team's understanding of technology and artificial intelligence. It appeared HUX-A7-13, our bioengineered android, obtained sentience and defied the first law of robotics; the one law that our research team so prominently made sure that such an event would never occur. The people at Huxlee Industries Ltd. had no idea that this android had been killing our employees by framing them as accidents or wildlife attacks, and when we found out, it had already been too late. HUX-A7-13... is alive.

The Singularity is an Information/Teleportation Killer. The Singularity's power is Quantum Instantiation, which gives it the ability to place up to 8 Biopods on the map and does so by shooting them on any vertical surface. The Biopods function as cameras and allow The Singularity to shoot Survivors to attach a Temporal Slipstream to them. A Survivor afflicted with the Temporal Slipstream can be teleported to via shooting them with either the cameras or your biopod gun. Upon teleporting to a Slipstreamed Survivor, The Singularity enters Overclock Mode for a few seconds. While in Overclock Mode, The Singularity is immune to Pallet stuns and has a 75% faster action speed for breaking Breakable Walls, Pallets, Generators, and vaulting Windows. If The Singularity is hit by a Pallet while in Overclock Mode, not only will it not be stunned but the Pallet will also break; however, The Singularity will be afflicted with a 50% Hindered Status Effect for 3 seconds, and abruptly end Overclock Mode. The Singularity has three unique perks that slow Survivors down and compromise uncompleted Generators. Genetic Limits is a Debuff perk that inflicts the Exhausted Status Effect on a Survivor after they finish a Healing action. Forced Hesitation is a Debuff perk that afflicts a 20% Hindered Status Effect for 10 seconds to all Survivors within 16 meters of a Survivor that entered the Dying State. Machine Learning is a Stealth/Chase perk that grants you the Undetectable Status Effect and a 10% Haste Status Effect for around half a minute after a compromised Generator is completed; a Generator becomes compromised after you kick a Generator while this perk is activated, and this perk becomes activated after kicking a Generator while the perk is deactivated. If you kick another Generator while one is already compromised, the recently kicked Generator becomes compromised instead.
