0I saw them all, my friends. They all went down, one by one within seconds after each other. There was nothing I could do, as I watched him take them all to the basement, the epitome of The Entity within our trials, where there was no hope of escaping. I had to leave them and escape through the hatch, but I will never be the same. I always panic, when I hear the revving of a chainsaw, and the giggling of a madman who hungers for human flesh.
The Cannibal is an Insta-down Killer, and his power is Bubba's Chainsaw, which is the most powerful insta-down in the game. The Cannibal can perform a Chainsaw Sweep and dashes at a significantly faster move speed while putting every Survivor he comes into contact with into the Dying State or instantly destroying any Pallets or Breakable Walls. The Chainsaw Sweep can also hit multiple times with no cool-down, therefore bypassing the Endurance Status Effect and the hit immunity offered by Mettle of Man. However, bumping into an object while performing a Chainsaw Sweep causes The Cannibal to enter a Tantrum, which momentarily stuns The Cannibal, but can still insta-down any Survivor he comes into contact with for the duration.
The Cannibal has three unique perks that assist him with finding Survivors while taking away their abilities. Barbeque & Chili is an Information perk that reveals the auras of all Survivors from a far distance after hooking a Survivor. Franklin's Demise is an Anti-Item perk that makes Survivors drop their items upon being hit with a Basic Attack, and while the item remains on the ground will lose charges over a period of time. And last but not least, Knock Out is a Debuff perk that upon putting a Survivor into the Dying State with a Basic Attack will hide their aura to other Suvivors at a distance, and for the next 15 seconds, the Dying Survivor has a reduced Field of View, is deafened, incurs the Blindness Status Effect, reduced 50% Crawling speed, and a reduced 25% Recovery speed.
