This quick tip for dead by daylight is going to walk you through how to find the hex ruin on backwater swamp, something that a lot of teams seem to struggle with. If I had a dime for everytime my team couldn't find that damn hex ruin I'd be as rich as Bill Gates. It turns out that the hex has a roughly 50% chance of spawning along the outskirts of the map by the fence that outlines the trial. So it's often super easy to find just by running along the outskirts of the map, and it's very safe to search for as the killer is usually patrolling around the center of the map.
