Dead Estate - How To Unlock Boss As A Playable Character, And Earn The Kingpin Achievement!
2In order to unlock Boss as a playable character, and also net The Kingpin achievement, you must go to the Bathroom biome. To reach the Bathroom, play through levels until you see a golden elevator icon on the map. I don't know if this HAS to be done during a lopped run, but this was my seconds loop, so it may require you to do so. If you don't see it on your first loop, try starting a second loop by jumping off the Soutwest corner of the Balcony biome.
First off, it is NOT required to have the Toilet Paper item for this to work. The elevator will spawn for you even if you don't have it. Once you see the golden elevator icon, head to the room. It will be a green room with an elevator in the middle. Taking this elevator will bring you to the Bathroom biome! There is a toilet in the second room that will sell you stuff for the Toilet Paper if you have it.
Past the toilet is a room with a Wanted Poster on the Northwest wall. There are some red barrels that are blocking the Wanted Poster, so shoot them to destroy them. Once the barrels are gone, get close to the Wanted Poster. Boss will become a playable character, and you will also unlock The Kingpin achievement!
