Join me as I experience Fire Emblem Conquest for the first time! Thanks to Heiea for sending me a Canadian copy of Fates to play, and thanks to Mangs for letting me borrow his 3DS, capture card and compatible Fates cart!

Fire Emblem Fates was released all the way back in 2016. Back then, fan expectations were sky high after the success of Awakening and the trailers. However, to a lot of fans, especially older ones, it ended up being a letdown. That doesn't mean that nobody liked the game, but that it was pretty controversial.

I get to play this game with more reasonable expectations. I know the story is bad. I know the gameplay is good. I don't know a whole lot else. I'm just here to chill, have fun and give you guys my thoughts on Conquest I played it.
