Made almost a full SMG build which I tested on bosses.

Perks: Reloading IV, Marksman III, Sprint I, Head Shot IV, SMG Expert IV, Quickshot I and Sneak I (Sneak is for lols), also Fast Learner IV for leveling so Quickshot isn't on IV.

This build is after the SMG buff! Quite a big difference comparing to the pre-buff SMG's, DPS is just insane!
