Game Description:
Riptide takes place immediately after the ending of Dead Island, with the four immune survivors - ex-American football player Logan Carter, rapper Sam B, Chinese undercover police officer Xian Mei, and Purna, ex-police officer fired for shooting a pedophile - along with international terrorist Charon and native Yerema, asymptomatic patient zero of the Banoi outbreak, landing on a military ship after escaping from the prison island. They are immediately taken into custody by the Australian Defence Force Colonel Sam Hardy and Frank Serpo, a civilian VIP. Yerema and Charon are taken away separately, Yerema bites one of the ADF soldiers as she is taken away. In the ship's brig the remaining four meet another immune survivor, ADF Sergeant John Morgan, who claims he was part of a humanitarian effort on a nearby island until Serpo showed up and halted the mission.
Mission Description:
Start "Hoard Moard" by speaking to Trevor. The defences - if you didn't set up anything before - should be done now, although you should have been using the chance to gather as many free mines as possible (and storing them with Henry). Remember to locate the two crates of free mines (near the workbench on 1F and another box on 2F above it). Between waves, move each gun from one point to another (it may be faster to throw them to a partner after uninstalling) so you can cover different aspects of the base. Note the miniguns don't have infinite ammo. Defend until the tunnels are drained of water and the horde attack will end. Don't forget to grab the reward pistol from Trevor (especially if you are high level).
