Dead Man's Switch is a very cool teachable perk from the Deathslinger. When hooking your obsession, the perk activates for up to 45 seconds. If any survivor stops repairing a generator, that generator will be immediately blocked and sealed for the perk's duration. This works even if multiple survivors are on a generator and just one of them leaves. Normally this perk is hard to proc, since hooking the Obsession often is hard, but with Nemesis we actually pulled it off many times in this game.
