Dead Matter has now made the worst game launch I have ever seen in 20+ years of gaming.

They have shut down their discord channel, their contact form is no longer functional, and have severed all other forms of communication with their customers (~50k of us).

I review some of the issues present currently as of 21st August.

I hope they learn from this, apologize for their unacceptable behavior, and fix their problems. I want them to succeed which is why I backed them (as I believe we all did), but if they continue this behavior then this is not only illegal and they will be facing civil (if not criminal) legal liabilities but they will also be ending their career in gaming prematurely which is all nothing but sad and unfortunate for everyone.
