0Who thought this was ok for the SECOND MISSION? This boss is completely broken and way too strong. Close range he'll stun lock you with kicks and if you're far away he will shoot you with his golden skin P90 that has sniper rifle range. He has infinite bullets and can reload while running. Who tested this fight and decided it was alright?
