Dead Space (2023) | NG+ Late Game/Ending Changes [SPOILERS]
7While I'm not generally a fan of NG+, sometimes a game pulls a good one out of the bag. This is a good one, with new dialogue, changes to enemies, extra collectibles, and a new unlockable ending which ties nicely into the sequel.

THE GAME:
The Dead Space Remake is here and it is quite literally everything I wanted it to be. Great lighting and atmosphere, tweaks and additions to upgrades and combat, a story enhanced by giving Isaac a voice, new sidequests to flesh out characters who were disappointingly one-dimensional, this is an excellent remake.
If you are a purist for the first Dead Space, everything is still here and intact.
(Unless you're a bigot, tbh. I've heard so many complaints that the remake has "gone woke" because Kendra is wearing a jacket and Nicole looks like she's old enough to be in a commited relationship with Isaac rather than a 19-year old supermodel. No, I'm not giving that bigotry a pass.)
