By following this All Collectibles series you will unlock following Achievements / Trophies:
Legend Teller - Collect 150 Logs
Merchant - Collect all Schematics
Full Arsenal - Own every weapon in the game
Built To Order - Install every weapon upgrade
Maxed Out - Fully upgrade all weapons and equipment
Reunion - 12 Marker Fragments for Secret Ending in New Game Plus
Final Regeneration - Discover the Hunter's origins.
Whole Again - Pursue Nicole's investigation.
Z-Baller - Complete Level 6 in Zero-G Basketball.
There's Always Peng! - Find the Peng Treasure.
Full Clearance - Create the Master Security Override.
Wishbone - Rip off a dangling limb using Kinesis.
Reunion - See the alternative ending on any difficulty mode. (requires 12 Marker Fragments collected in New Game+)
I will show collectibles as soon as they become available by following the story but you can backtrack and collect them all later if you missed anything. Only missable collectibles are in Chapter 9. If you miss something there you won't be able to get it later on.
There are 188 Logs in the game but you only need 150. Many of those are unlocked automatically. In this guide I only cover the ones that are missable. There are few logs that cancel each other out so you have to collect the missing ones on NG+ if you want them although those are not needed for the achievement as you will collect enough logs in your first playthrough.
You can get 67 Nodes per playthrough. Those are needed tu upgrade eapons but you need 189 Nodes to get all upgrades so you will have to pick them up again on New Game+ and buy the missing ones from the store.
Marker Fragments can be picked up only in New Game+ and there's 12 of them. Those are needed for secret ending and are shown in separate video.
