In order to unlock the Catch Me If You Can achievement, you must beat Arclight in the Taking A Chance level. Start the level and play through it until you have a fight with Arclight. She will first sic some of her lackeys on you, but once you beat them, she will jump down to fight you. Now, just make sure that during the fight that you are not hit by her slam attack. She will start raising her right hand up into the air and purple sparks can be seen flying towards it right before she does this attack. Just make sure to start dashing on time to avoid the attack. Beat her without getting hit by this move, and the achievement will unlock!

Here are some tips for this fight that allowed me to get the achievement super easily:

1) Power up your weapons by replaying some levels, or do this on a second playthrough. I replayed the first level a few times before I did this, so it won't take a lot of time to power up enough.

2) Build up your momentum attacks before the fight. These do a ton of damage, and using them at the right time can also negate damage so the slam can't hurt you. I wouldn't rely on that over bamfing (evading), though.

3) Play on Easy! Why not? Makes this achievement easier to get, and you can always do a harder mode playthrough later. Plus, that makes it so you don't have to worry about doing this on that harder mode, and instead just worry about winning the fight.

4) If you get hit by a slam, you will glow an orangish-red color and will be slowed down. If this happens, feel free to pause the game and restart from the last checkpoint. The last checkpoint isn't too far away from this fight, so it is better than replaying the whole level!
