10This is a dark video of some of the deeper issues, the less fun stuff that goes through my head. One of the sources of my seizures. PTSD from being suicidal....
Making this video has been helpful in getting through it (though I'm struggling to type correctly and having to backspace and correct a lot more than usual....something to laugh at, that's good).
I will, of course, be fine, and not going to do anything. I'm just dealing with images that triggered the memories of contemplating... hanging myself...... I'm glad I didn't, and I certainly won't. ...I'm an UNCLE! that's a happy thought. It's not quite Robin Williams' Peter Pan's Happy Thought, but close enough to hold on to.....
Now to just figure out what is going to hold my focus away from the bad now that this video is almost done setting up.....
