The Talos Principle, part 11 (World B6)

After last episode’s piece of gigantic failure, we’re back on track with good recordings for world B6 of the Egyptian themed world of death, as it was described in following the footsteps of Osiris!

But, we still don’t know what have happened in the real world and we keep getting cut off during our communication with the stranger… Maybe they’re connected somehow? Maybe Milton is actually evil? D:

Man, I hope not, it would be like Morgan Freeman portraying the bad guy in a movie, which I’m certain have… Never… Happened… Damn :/

NB: I know that I'm an idiot and forgot to put in the correct timestamps (visual, they all just say 'to 00:00') so bear with me on that, I'll fix it using annotations... Again... :/

In The Talos Principle, the player wakes up in world of Greek ruins without any knowledge of how you got there or why. Only some creepy dude, calling himself ELOHIM (Hebrew for god/deity), seem to be present in this world. The only thing to do, really, is to follow his bidding and jam your way through various puzzle in order to find tetris bricks (or sigils) in this well-received first person puzzle game from 2014 (Metacritic: http://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/the-talos-principle).

I am a sucker for puzzle games and when I first saw this game, as well as the reviews, I was so excited. A first person 3D puzzle game, which questioned humanity in an environment of Greek mythology just sounded too awesome not to be played. Add to this that many reviewers called The Talos Princple a puzzle game in the same league as the Portal-franchise (http://store.steampowered.com/app/400/), I was all like: “When you’ve made the sale, stop selling” (quote Marshall, How I Met Your Mother). Now I just had to pull myself together and record myself playing it, which finally happened with this video series! :D
