In the afternoon in Karl's Bay you can get to a mysterious apartment with a door guarded by a code lock.
To get the code visit this location in the evening.
Now loop back to afternoon and get inside avoiding blue laser pointed at the door.
If it catches you the device will fry the lock and you will have to loop again.
