Go to Fristad Rock in the afternoon.
This secret is located not far from Fia's bunker.
There's a new message available after water level dropped.
First time you enter this new bunker you'll find an Eternalist who clearly knows you. He will lock you up and release poisonous gas.
There are some levers under the stairs and combination is written on a whiteboard you can see through the door. Pull the levers in correct order and you will be able to exit.

But there's more.
Go to Fristad Rock in the Morning and order a crank-wheel through the Delivery Booth.

Now in the afternoon retrieve your crank-wheel and go to that guy behind the glass.
Before you enter through use crank-wheel on a red gas tank and divert gas flow.
Once you enter Man Behind Glass will try to kill you as he always does but this time gas will fill up his room and explosion will open those doors upstairs.
