Deep Space D-6 Armada Solo 1 Ship Play Through
22This was looking to be my longest play through video. A full game of Deep Space D-6 Armada with 1-ship solo. It was all going well until my iPhone ran out of storage. Just before the Final Encounter (Boss battle). It does end abruptly but you do get to see most of a full play through. Next video captures the end and Final Encounter.
Update: What I was playing incorrectly:
I was only drawing 1 threat per turn. This is a misprint on the guide card. It should be 2 threat cards per turn. Brutal!
Anoik (BGG) correctly points out that "Unlike in Combat, you cannot assign Crew to the Infirmary to retrieve units from the Infirmary." The medical dice only provides rerolls on Away Missions. (See pg 17.)
Also there is how I am completing Away Missions (Section by Section). Tony Go has noted that "It is correct that Sections on Away Missions can be partially completed."
In my play through, I'm only completing a Section when the full Section can be completed. This is making the Away Missions unnecessarily difficult. However, I do like the added challenge to the Away Missions. Call it a house rule for added drama.
