Hello folks, another video, this time about Rooting and the Muladhara Chakra. I spoke a bit at the end 10 minutes about the ways one can use to root (or ground themselves, it is also called grounding).


Rooting is the process through which someone becomes realigned with the cosmic energies, since they flow through us into Mother Earth, and back up, each moment of our lives. One does not have to be conscious of this, since this does not require that to work ^^ However, being knowledgeable of own spinal position will greatly help against this!
