Defeating Mora without touching the floor for the actual boss fight segments. Yes, you can't avoid the floor for the escape segment (that last log will get you). I also stand on the cocoon at 0:45 before beginning the escape segment which I'd normally avoid. But this was more a test run and I can try for a slightly better version before uploading a compilation (using the grapple more in P1 to not use the cocoon, waiting for phase changes with the feather for use less bashes, etc.).

My build was Reckless, Lifeforce, Finesse, Deflector, Triple Jump, Magnet, Wingclip, and Spirit Surge.

Shriek does seem doable although there's a lot of empty time between certain attacks. Horn Beetle doesn't appear possible (attacking the front pushes you to the ground and doesn't refresh triple jump). Willow Stone gets wrecked by floor is lava.
