An unknown error of 3 of the 4 green lights lit up on the front of the case preventing the duel boot windows menu,this led me to a vague unknown other error in the 780 service manual,thinking it was a PSU/Memory/CPU failure,it was something i had seen before and fixed on the sister Dell Optiplex 755.
