Delta Force Season 2 is around the corner, and we’re here to reveal what’s new in the Season 2 update! These are all official statements from the Delta Force team, and everything will be revealed during the next dev stream on 10th January, complete with gameplay footage.
Let me share something exciting—a brand-new mode is coming to warfare: Capture the Flag mode! In this mode, each team will need to capture the enemy flag and return it to their base. This might be a 5v5 mode or maybe even larger, but I can’t reveal more right now. What I can tell you is that this mode is perfect for warfare lovers. Like other small modes, it will rotate and take place in a smaller map area, like the arena.
Next up: Kill Cam! Yes, the kill cam feature is finally coming in Season 2. It’s currently in beta, so there might be a few bugs or errors, but it’s going to be a game-changer. This feature will help you figure out if the player who killed you already knew your location—or maybe if they were cheating.
And here’s a big one: the 3v3v3 mode, which I’ve already revealed with gameplay. In this mode, three teams will fight to decode the new Mandelbrick. According to the story, the new Mandelbrick belongs to the Asharah people, and the GTI must capture it to gather data. The team that reaches 3 points wins the match. This Mandelbrick is unique, and you’ll get a weapon charm with it—yes, a charm that you can sell in the marketplace. Check out the full gameplay video on this mode to understand it better.
Now, let’s talk about the new Operator—you already know who it is!
There’s also a new map expansion for Zero Dam and Space City. As per the story, Asharah soldiers attacked the Space City headquarters and the Brakkesh region, destroying parts of those maps. Additionally, there will be an expansion to the WSR Lab in the Layali Grove map.
For Warfare mode, there are two new maps: Blade and Broken Tracks. I’ve already uploaded gameplay for these maps, so make sure to check them out. And yes, new weapons are coming too, along with the highly-requested thermal scope.
This season will also introduce a new melee weapon, the Butterfly Knife, and a new skin bundle for the Hackclaw. I’ve already covered these in earlier videos, so I won’t dive too deeply into them now.
The highlight of today’s video? The announcement of the new Capture the Flag mode for warfare and the Kill Cam beta! All of this will be available in the next dev stream on 10th January, so stay tuned.
