In Delta Force Hawk Ops, the new Space City map in covert operation difficulty presents a unique challenge. Once the mission timer drops below five minutes, players are left with no other exfil options except for dropping their bags at a potentially available exfil point. This makes escaping Space City a critical and time-sensitive task after capturing the Mandelbrick.

I think what they could have done is made the missle launch a final exfil last option.
