This year The Game Awards started an event called The Game Festival where they collaborated with developers to put demos up on Steam for a short 48 hour period. It just so happens I wanted to play some, so I did.

I have been looking forward to Eastward for a long time. It was shown in a Nintendo direct this year with a 2020 release date. It is filled with stunning pixel art and follows John and Sam in a weird world with Zelda-esque gameplay.
