Demolish and Build 2018 playthrough Part 10 Honeloa Island [FINAL]

This is the final part of the playthrough where I condstruct the remaining real properties and finish everything else. I also played the game afterwors without recording to collect scrap for achievements and hire all the remaining workers. I did that also because I was curious about the next NW level set at 42000 so I wanted to check whether you either unlock something at 100% completion or may repeat jobs to reach S company rating. I think it is impossible to reach the next NW level, rating goes down whenever your real property is under maintenance (which happens way too often and lasts way too long) and there is no other way to increase NW once you bought everything. Maybe the devs planned more maps, who knows. Still, this was quite a nice change and distraction from the games I usually play and I will definitely check out more such simulators in the future.
