This game is officially known as Wakeboarding Unleashed featuring Shaun Murray, but this is the demo, so i'm going by the demo's name.
Also found in the PS2 version of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4.

The controls are awkward to deal with, and of all the Pro games, Murray's is probably the worst against the other 4 (Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, Matt Hoffman's Pro BMX, Shaun Palmer's Pro Snowboarder and Kelly Slater's Pro Surfing) though it is tied with Slater's game in a sense.
Also yes, this game was synced with THPS4... a game where that whole ingame timer thing was removed for a more open world skating experience... and was also with more polish and intent put to it... let's just say, it didn't do this game many favours in the end, especially when you're EXTREMELY restricted with this boat in where you're allowed to go, let alone the timer you're given.
