All software mentioned includes – 7-zip, AMD/Nvidia/Intel Graphics Drivers, C++, DirectX, Game file (in formats of [mention formats]).
You can Google the download for a game file (or other appropriate format) if you choose the illegal route.

_____________________________Instructions – Install & Run Demul________________________________

A - Click the link for Demul near the top of the description.
B - Once your download's finished, go to your downloads folder and unzip the file (tutorial for 7-zip also near the top of the description).
C - Before opening the emulator, put your bios file (should be "dc" file name) in a "roms" folder (don't capitalize) and put that folder in the Demul directory.
D - Open the emulator by double-clicking on the application.

____________________________Instructions – Config & Play Demul________________________________

D - If you want to further configure controls for a custom keyboard layout or a gampad, go to Config - Controls - under Dreamcast select "Joy 1" and after you press one of the button names, press the appropriate button you wish to use. Do the same for all buttons.
E - We need to change a plugin first by going to Config - Plugins and Paths - in "GD-ROM plugin" change it to "gdrImage".
E - To select your game, go to Config - GD-ROM - Select - select the game file you're wanting to play, typically in GDI format.
F - To open your game, go to File - Run Dreamcast, your game should've started.

A – To enter and exit full screen, use ALT+Enter during a game.
B - Keeping in mind that it may result in worse performance, you can increase the graphical fidelity by first changing the plugin. Go to Config - Plugins and Paths - Change "Video plugin" to gpuDX11old. Now go to Config - Video - change internal resolution and set it above 1x.
C - You can also change the aspect ratio in that window by clicking on "Stretch". This will get rid of the black bars but cause the image to stretch.
D - If you play in windowed mode you can also increase the windowed resolution here.
