Depth of Extinction is a tactical turn based strategy game with RPG elements. Personally, I find Depth of Extinction plays similarly to games like XCOM and Xenonauts. In Depth of Extinction you are able to recruit new soldiers, level them up, and pick their class. To get new equipment and to unlock new classes, you must complete missions. Depth of Extinction also features a cover system similar to XCOM and Xenonauts.
