Desecrators is an awesome roguelike six-degrees-of-freedom shooters in development. This an epic mashup of Descent and Forsaken, improving on both, and is just about everything I could ask for in this type of game. The weapons and game feel are great, and the visuals authentically capture that N64 and early hardware accelerated PC look. Desecrators is seriously underappreciated and should be shouted from the rooftops just as strongly as the other modern boomer-shooters like Ultrakill, Turbo Overkill, Prodeus, DUSK and so on! If you are a fan of 6dof games like Descent/Forsaken, this is an absolute gem already, and its constantly being improved and tweaked. Especially the roguelike introduction of purchasable upgrades between each mission makes progression feel a lot more solid and meaningful where you the risk/reward of exploring the maps for maximum profit for better upgrades can really pay of, and effective and carefull players get rewarded for their hard work. I am very excited to see where the developers take it from here. Hope you enjoy my video.
