The jist of this theoretic exploit is that a halfling wizard (with pactmaker and GG or Dracul) should be able to generate an infinite number of health potions as they should get enough conversion points to make another health potion with points left over.

This video shows that this exploit is not true as one needs pactmaker for it to work (and a source of piety as well to keep it going) and it only works for 8 potions, at which point to instantly drops down to 25 points instead of 95. This can still be beneficial to get +40 piety out of Glowing Guardian, but has little use anywhere else and is not as amazing as thought. It is very unlikely for such a combination of altars to spawn, you can only get +40 piety out of Glowing Guardian (none out of Dracul) and you're stuck with the spirit pact from then on.
