Destiny 2 Cayde-6 Reddit file appears in game. Will Cayde actually die?

I made a video a few months back on the possible death of Cayde-6 based off of the Reddit files that were leaked.
The files sounded professional and not from someone at home playing around and editing samples.

I just heard one of those files in Destiny 2 from Cayde-6 in the Tower.
Let me know your opinion on this and if you think that he may actually die in the next DLC.
