Found an easy way outside the new HELM.

(Please Read)

First thing you want to do is set a spawn point in the back of the new Fallen room. Do this by crouching or emoting a few times. Then go to the other wall, touching the ground as little as possible, then kill yourself. (Pull out your Ghost, then spam the fire button while holding a grenade launcher.) Once you spawn back in, you'll be able to use all weapons and abilities.
