Upgrades this weapon to a Masterwork.
It will generate Orbs after rapidly defeating combatants and gain a tracker that displays the number of them defeated with it. The Masterworked weapon will also receive additional capabilities.
Defeat combatants while using this weapon to unlock this upgrade.
Defeating combatants with precision damage will unlock this objective faster.
Obliterating destructible walls in the Shattered Realm grants additional progress.

Will Given Form
[Alternate Weapon Action] : Drain Super energy, overflowing the magazine and empowering the beam with bonus damage and the ability to slow and freeze targets until the magazine or Super energy runs out, or the weapon is stowed. Can only be activated when Super energy is full.
During Season of the Lost, Ager’s Scepter’s catalyst drops from the Wayfinder’s Trove at the end of the Astral Alignment activity. That’s the chest that spawns at the end of the activity that you need to spend 100 Parallax Trajectory to unlock. Just keep running Astral Alignment and opening the Wayfinder’s Trove until it drops for you.
you need to get about 1,000 kills with it. precision kills count as more than one kill.
The Ager’s Scepter Catalyst adds a new perk called Will Given Form. When your Super is fully charged, you can hold the reload button to activate Will Given Form, which overflows the Ager’s Scepter magazine, causes the beam to deal increased damage, and increases the weapon’s ability to slow and freeze targets. The perk constantly drains Super while it’s active, so the empowerment will end on a reload, if the user’s Super runs out, or if the user stows the weapon.
This perk is extremely powerful, and turns an already strong weapon into a must-have Exotic.
Destiny 2 latest season, Season of the Lost, is here, and it’ll need to keep Guardians occupied for the next six months. Season of the Lost is the final season ahead of Destiny 2’s The Witch Queen expansion, which Bungie revealed alongside Season of the Lost on Tuesday.
Season of the Lost promises some major changes to Destiny 2. Players will finally get their hands on cross play, anti cheat, a Trials of Osiris rework, and dozens of key balance changes. All of that also comes with the usual salvo of seasonal content.

Destiny 2 is a free-to-play online-only multiplayer first-person shooter video game developed by Bungie. It was originally released as a pay to play game in 2017 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows platforms. It became free-to-play, utilizing the games as a service model, under the New Light title on October 1, 2019, followed by the game's release on Stadia the following month, and then the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S platforms in November 2020.
