A decent run for this week's Ordeal Nightfall on 980 difficulty.
Yes, the death/wipe was deliberate to pull them faster, it saved a decent amount of time.

Sub 10 is easily possible and has been done, probably even Sub 8 minutes is more than possible with a no death run and Divinity.

This week is definitely a good week to farm 980 if you have a team!
