205We now have full information on Destiny 2 seasons. This video covers everything you need to know and how it can save this game. Seasons can salvage Destiny 2 no doubt. Bungie has handed the full control of Destiny 2 over to the live team as Bungie’s main production squad moves on to work on either an expansion or Destiny 3. The live team will now be delivering 4 seasons a year, roughly 3 months long, and at the turn of these seasons comes large patches, world wide visual changes, tons of new gear, lots of new system swaps, and quality of life improvements. This is when we will see large meta patches for the sandbox, we will see brand new faction gear, Iron Banner gear, ornaments for performance based achievements, and a whole lot more. The live team didn’t produce too many overwhelmingly good events in Destiny 1 other than Age of Triumph, but I trust them far more than Bungie’s “A Squad” who just developed a game purely for the first 20-30 hrs. The live teams main objective is to give us reasons to play on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. They have the power to really salvage Destiny 2 and I am encouraged for the first time on a month about Destiny 2’s direction. What do you think about Seasons in Destiny 2?
