To kill the Wizard (BALWUR) you will need to run under the floor she is standing on so you wont burn. After you are under her kill the major (Acolyes of Balwur) that will spawn infront of you. when you have done that stand in the middle of the court now, you shouldnt take any burn damage. Keep repeating until you kill her and you will be fine.
