Here's a game I'd been meaning to play for a while now. I liked what I saw when it was back on the PS2 or PS3, I forget which era, it was on. But I never bothered to pick it up. I got the remake in one of the Humble Bundle subscriptions, and it's been sitting for a bit. So it was high time I loaded it up.

And it isn't quite what I was expecting. It's less open world, and more open levels. Basically the same, but it does mean it's less "GTA with Aliens", at leat in the "do everything at once" sense. You still have that open world aspect, just one chunk at a time.

The humor's great. One of the voice actors is basically doing the same as he did with Invader Zim - I approve of that. Just taking a bit to get the controls down. I do have an issue with target markers. Sometimes I can't target the right thing, like a person inside a vehicle. And the indicators for when targets are off your view are SO small as to be nearly invisible. Oh well, nothing's perfect. -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/the_nametag
