Destroying Crucible Knight with a max level modded player - Elden Ring
0One of the perks of Elden Ring not being a console exclusive is that there already are a plethora of mods out for it, all of them easily doable. So, once my first earnest playthrough was over, I wanted to experience what the rest of the massive weapon and build variety of these games had to offer.
The only way to do that in one playthrough was to mod it, taking all my stats to the max so that I would be able to wield any weapon with free abandon.
So I did precisely that, and imagine my surprise when I discovered that the max level cap wasn't 713 as I read about on the internet but actually a round figure of 900. Having pumped all my stats up, it was then time to take on Crucible Knight, one of the Evergaol bosses that gave me and many other gamers a hard time initially.
Make no mistake, Elden Ring can still be a tough game even at max level, but now you can at least make like that "random bs, go!" meme and throw everything you've got at your foes--in most cases that means spamming Rivers of Blood and a fully upgraded Mimic Tear or Black Knife Tiche.
