All in the Family Achievement / Trophy - You aided Otar when he sought help with a family matter.

To get this side mission you have to finish The Calibrator by talking to Otar Botkoveli and agreeing to help him out in the future.
If you do, he will contact you in Golem City and ask to deal with a merchant known as Gallois. Simply talk to him and ask him about Dvali family to get rid of him in non lethal way.
Otar will contact you again in Prague after you return from Golem City.
Go to Red Queen and talk to Masa Kadlek who will need your help with guy named Domonik.
If you want to do this in non lethal way just follow my video.
