Finally, we're at the best part of the game (in my opinion), the Utulek Complex, which is suposed to be a safe haven for augs, but it's actually a sort of concentration camp for augmented, but also where the ARC have their headquarters and their leader resides, Talos Rucker.
The Utulek Complex is proof of what the developers, Eidos Montreal, could do if they had more freedom. Sure, it's where the game also starts showing discrepancies, handprints of publishers rushing a great game. There are so many new abilities and elements and routes to experiment with, yet the game never actually gives the player enough oportunities to do that. That's just one major example.
