0In addition to having episodes about our production process, it's vitally important to us to give you all a glimpse into some of our workplace culture/the human conversations that make our workplace special.
One of the things we hugely value in our work environment is neurodiversity. Today's episode interviews some of our staff who are dealing with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, including their experiences working with ADHD, why they think it's awesome, and what accommodations they need to be successful. We hope to have episodes exploring other kinds of neurodiversity in the DFL as well!
