Before, it was very hard to get a Super Epic Cookie since their Banner requires some exclusive items in order to Pull for them. These items can be obtained on Shop as well as on Clearing some Event Quests or Missions.

In the Next Winter Update, Devsisters who is the Developer of Cookie Run Kingdom made it easier to get a Super Epic Cookie since they put a Special Banner that has Sherbet Cookie (Super Epic) along with Epic Cookies like Cotton, Pinecone, Cocoa, and Snow Sugar.
