"Learning in the Flow of Work - Your Dojo" was part of a 5 part series of talks focused on developer experience. Thanks to community sponsors Limble CMMS & The Angular Community Meetup.

Learning has historically been treated as an outlier - you leave your team and your work and go somewhere to learn a concept. You learn this concept away from your work, away from the constraints of your organization, your current context, and success is measured by completing the time there. Learning in complex environments requires better. We can do better.

In this session we will explore what immersive, continuous learning environments look like. We will cover core concepts of learning in the flow of work, give examples of how teams apply these principles, and show how this approach makes product work...easier and more fun.
