Challenge Rules
1. 1 on 2 match or two 1 on 1 matches again AI patched Billy and Jimmy by Ryo2005
2. Any character not cheaper than Evil Ken by Reu is allowed.(That opens up so many possibilities)

While the challenge does not specify it, I opted to remove the 1 on 2 handicap by doubling the brothers' life in their CNS file.
Needless to say, that was almost like asking for a deathwish.
