You need break immunity/ brave floor call to handle the threshold Flare Star's BRV hits. I have used Ursula LDCA for this purpose. If you don't have Ursula LDCA, you can replace it with Yang LDCA.

Raijin LDCA is there to tank the boss force ability.

1) Use Selphie LD. Ultimecia use S2
2) Quina uses its LD
3) Use Raijin LDCA. Rosa uses S2 (for 2 buffs) and S1
4) Use Ursula LDCA, Quina uses its BT finisher
5) Use Selphie CA (your party buff slots will be capped). Press AUTO+ and watch the show end.

All: Force Gauge +4% when a player party acts. All enemies' HP Poison 20% of their max HP
≥ 60%: Lowers player party ATK by 150%, Lowers player party BRV DMG by 150%, & Lowers player party BRV Gains by 100%

: Red wheel: 89%, 59%, and 29% | Pink wheel: 79%, 49%, and 19%
: Uses Flare Star (guaranteed hit, AOE BRV, Self Harm HP dmg that reduces all targets' HP to 10% of their current HP). [total Buff count is at least 12]
: Use Flare Star+, same as Flare Star + Applies MAX HP Down aura
: Aura will only be canceled at the 59% or 29% HP threshold whichever is earlier.
