Galuf and Relm make a comeback! These two are pretty good in no FR runs since they provide a lot of free off turn damage.

Unfortunately even with that the turn count is still pretty tight at 90 turns to do 180m HP damage which is where Garnet comes in. Her BT mode and BT aura helps to significantly cut the number of turns.

Relm has 5/5 UW and a Seymour LDCA
Garnet has 5/5 UW and a Raines LDCA

Seymour call can be replaced by Laguna. Fujin can be replaced by any party aura support like Cait Sith.

If you want to use FR, you can replace Garnet with the FR user of choice
