Be prepared to see a LOT of Tentacles. Sorry that I am unable to do commentary on the last two runs, been a bit busy off late, but I'll cover the setup and key things you need to take note of below.
Setup
Relm needs two Laguna refined spheres. You CANNOT mix one full and one refined.
Edit: For some reason 2 FULL Laguna Spheres does not work, the game applies both simultaneously and will only count as a single instance of Debuff application.
I gave Relm also a Ceodore refined sphere but that's a bit more optional.
Relm needs 3X HP 1020 artifact passives AND Alexander summon to boost her HP so that she can survive the recast attacks and so that HP Regen will heal more per tick.
It's better to blue Relm and have UW. In my run, Relm only has a 0/3 HA and a 2/5 UW so by no means am I optimally geared.
Calls: I gave Relm Cait LDCA for the HP Regen buff it gives. Another good option is Gladio, use it right before recast attacks. The only drawback there is she will burn through the call aura very quickly.
Passives: Unequip Tachygrapher lore and Break Speed Up to make Relm slower
Galuf only has 0/3 HA and now UW so that's also another area where you can further optimize.
Galuf calls: WoL for protection near the end. This helps ensure you'll survive the last recast attacks before victory and ensuring you meet the HP requirements.
Passives: Unequip Buff Boost Speed Up to make Galuf Slower.
The key treshholds to take note of are 89/59/49/29/19/9%. This is where the boss will cleanse debuffs including sketch. You need to quickly reapply sketch, preferably via EX. LD also works but you cannot waste LD uses or you'll run out of her LD buff.
Also you need to keep a close eye on Galuf's buffs in particular his Cover on Relm.
